The relationship we have with ourselves is the longest relationship we’ll ever experience, and arguably one of the most influencial.

While my passion and specialty will always be therapy with multiple people in the room, I also find that my systemic- and relationship-based approach can be a very good fit for individuals. Many of the individual clients I work with are seeking increased understanding into who they are and why they do what they do. They may not know how to navigate the ways that their history has influenced them or impacted their relationships. And, they likely are being influenced by a variety of systemic issues that have been unclear to them before now, or that haven’t been adequately addressed in previous individual work (whether that work has been in individual therapy or through self-learning).

My training and experience has made me qualified to assess for and treat common mental health diagnoses. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, CPTSD/PTSD, perinatal mood disorders, ADHD, and OCD.
